The only downside was that I had diarrhea for the first few days until I adjusted my fat intake, after that everything was fine. I didn't "bm" in my pants without warning, I'm not sure how that could happen, lol. I think the really important thing is to lower your fat intake then everything should be fine. No potato chips or McDonalds.
